Every Chateau-Baroque sculpture is individually inspected before it leaves our studio.
Each piece is professionally packaged using protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely and ready to be enjoyed in your home.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days from Kentucky, USA.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If an unexpected delay should occur, we will contact you promptly.
Shipping Destination
At this time, Chateau-Baroque ships within the United States only.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted national carriers. A shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
While many addressing errors are identified during checkout, customers are ultimately responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Chateau-Baroque is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost shipments resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address before it leaves our studio.
Shipping Damage
Although every order is carefully packaged, shipping damage can occasionally occur.
We are on your side and will make things right.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.
If your sculpture arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:
- the damaged sculpture,
- the shipping carton,
- the packing materials,
- and the shipping label photographed next to the damaged sculpture.
This information allows us to quickly process shipping claims and provide a prompt resolution.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are estimates only. Once your order has shipped, delivery times are outside our control and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
