Architectural art is meant to be experienced—not simply admired on a website. Welcome it into your home. Display it. Live with it. Enjoy it.

We want every Chateau-Baroque customer to purchase with complete confidence. If your sculpture is not the right choice for your home, we want returning it to be just as comfortable and straightforward as purchasing it.

Returns Accepted for Any Reason

Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of delivery.

Days 1–7

Return your sculpture for any reason.

  • No explanation is necessary.
  • No restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible only for return shipping.

Days 8–14

Returns are still warmly welcomed.

Because every Chateau-Baroque sculpture is individually handcrafted and hand-finished by an artisan, returns received during this period are subject to a modest 10% restocking fee to help cover the care required to prepare the sculpture for its next home.

Customers remain responsible for return shipping.

Return Conditions

To ensure every sculpture can be enjoyed by its next home, returned pieces should be:

  • Unused and uninstalled.
  • Returned in their original condition.
  • Returned in the packaging in which they were received whenever possible.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Handcrafted Character

Every Chateau-Baroque sculpture is individually handcrafted and hand-finished by an artisan.

Subtle variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the natural character of handcrafted architectural art. These unique qualities reflect the artist's hand and are not considered defects.

Shipping Damage

We are on your side and will make things right.

Please inspect your sculpture upon arrival.

If your sculpture was damaged during transit, simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

  • the sculpture,
  • the shipping carton,
  • the packing materials,
  • and the shipping label photographed next to the damaged sculpture

We'll work with you promptly to make things right. We believe exceptional customer service should be just as enjoyable as welcoming our handcrafted architectural art into your home.
